Are Klook/Trip/Agoda Black Friday discounts real?

Yes — but most are flash sales lasting 24–48 hours rather than public codes. Klook rounds up deals every November–December. Agoda has Auto-discount tiers for members. The app usually shows better deals than the website. Set an alert one week before Black Friday.

How far in advance should I book to get the best price?

HSR Early Bird (14 days ahead) saves 35%. Klook tours 30 days out save 10–20%. Hotels 60–90 days ahead offer the best rates. Flights 3–6 months ahead for peak periods (Chinese New Year, sakura season, Christmas).
